A
basic concept within tibetan medicine is life-energy. As long
as this flows we will be in balance and thereby healthy,
strong and life-strong. Tibetan medical massage aims at
increasing circulation, stimulate lymph-dranage and agility.
Through various techniques skin, weave and muscles together
with zones and energy-points are worked. Tensions and
blockages are freed in a natural way, which makes weave and
muscles able to work freely. The massage helps a total
relaxation and increased well-being. The respiration becomes
more rythmical, concentration increases, sleep becomes better
and the immune-system is strengthened - the body and soul
becomes a unity.

Tactile
massage
Massage where
the circulation of skin and fat-weave is improved. The
massage effectively removes impurities. Gives the skin an
increased agility and luster.
Vein- and bloodcirculating
massage
Powerful massage which gives the skin,
weave and muscles oxygen and stimulates blood-circulation by
opening and separating the veins. Dissolves blockages and
gives the blood oxygen. The technique includes both soft and
hard strokes, and during the massage energy-points are
stimulated with special grips (no needles are
used).
Powerful tibetan medical
massage
A very powerful massage which except
for affecting the muscle-system and blood-circulation also
affects the skeleton and gathers energy, heat and power.
When the blood-circulation increases, rest-products are
transported and stagnated energy removed. The body is
vitalized and feels light. According to thousand-year-old
buddhist tradition wisdom is said to more easily attend to
the mind.

Stone-massage
Tibetan medical massage with strokes by
Tibetan massage-stone. The massage cleanses and removes
impurities and increases blood- and lymph-circulation. Also
the muscles are made more smooth and elastic. During the
massage the "calm and peace"-hormone oxytocine is realeased,
and in this way the level of stress-hormones in the body is
reduced. The stone is used variously warm and cold. You feel
relaxed and calm and at the same time
vitalized.
Yoga-massage
Tibetan yoga encompasses
breathe, movements with the body and meditation, a
traditional tool for tibetan monks in their attempt to
achieve spiritual experiences. This treatment begins with
yoga and is then followed by traditional tibetan medical
massage. The massage increases the flow in the body and
focuses on breathe as well as the body´s energy-points. A
pleasant treatment to start the body´s
circulation.
Puja-massage
A meditative and different treatment
for body and soul which is begun with a short ceremony
(tibetan prayer-time with mantras, called puja) where
Lobsang Dakpa among other things recites mantras, as monks
have done throughout several thousands of year. Thereafter
follows tibetan medical massage where the energy-flow is
stimulated and balanced. During the treatment you enter a
meditative and relaxing state.
Tibetan facial- and
head-massage
A wonderful
massage for the body´s upper parts; shoulders, throat,
hair-base and face. During the massage the head´s
reflexe-points are stimulated so that circulation of blood
and lymph increases. Good for you who are stressed and want
to slow down.
